Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Keep your room, bathroom, and common areas clean at all times.
- Dispose of garbage in designated bins only.
- Wash dishes immediately after use.
- Clean the washing machine after every use.
Security & Safety
- Visitors are not allowed inside the premises.
- Lock the main gate after 9 PM.
- Report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Keep your room locked when not inside.
Noise & Respect
- Maintain silence after 10 PM.
- Respect fellow residents' privacy.
- Resolve conflicts peacefully.
- No arguments or altercations.
General Conduct
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs.
- Handle shared equipment carefully.
- Inform management before vacating.
- Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
WiFi & Electricity
- Do not share WiFi credentials.
- Switch off unused appliances.
- Fair-use electricity policy applies.
- No high-power appliances in rooms.
Room & Property
- Do not damage furniture or fixtures.
- Keep rooms ventilated and tidy.
- Use designated storage spaces.
- Room inspections may occur with notice.
