Branch Terms

Entry & Visitors

Entry to the PG is allowed only till 8:00 PM.
Visitors are not allowed in the PG.

Rent & Payment

Monthly rent is ₹38,000, due on the 10th of every month.
Rent is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Only rent is paid to management — electricity, water, gas, internet, and other charges are shared and borne by residents.

Duration & Deposit

Accommodation is for a minimum period of 6 months.
A refundable deposit of ₹6,000 is paid at the time of joining.
Deposit is refunded in full after 6 months, provided all rules are followed and no dues are pending.
In case of damage, rule violation, or misconduct, the deposit will be adjusted/deducted accordingly.

Company-Wide Policies

Personal Belongings

Residents are solely responsible for their cash, devices, documents, and valuables.
Thathas Stay is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Keep valuable items secured at all times.

Prohibited Activities

Fighting, threats, or abusive/violent behaviour of any kind.
Gambling or any other unlawful activity.
Excessive noise or disturbance to other residents or neighbours.
Bringing unauthorized persons onto the premises.

Safety & Discipline

Follow all safety instructions issued by management.
Never block or misuse fire exits, emergency equipment, or electrical panels.
Avoid any activity that could create a fire, electrical, or other safety hazard.

Cleanliness & Common Areas

Keep common areas clean after use; dispose of waste only in designated bins.
Use the kitchen, washrooms, and shared facilities responsibly.
Respect the privacy, comfort, and belongings of fellow residents.

Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate a resident's accommodation for any of the following:

Non-payment of rent or other dues
Serious or repeated violation of PG rules
Property damage
Misconduct, violence, harassment, or threatening behaviour
Unauthorized visitors or unauthorized occupancy
Any illegal activity
Behaviour that seriously disturbs other residents or management

By signing the registration form, you confirm that you have read and understood all the rules and regulations of the PG accommodation, and agree that the rent is non-refundable and the deposit will be refunded only after 6 months as per the rules above.
